Founded in 2004, Lite Access Technologies Inc has become a world leader in fibre-optic products and advanced installation methodologies. We specialize in complete, integrated solutions including proven and approved alternate deployment methods for fibre installation. Our micro-duct, air-blown fibre and proven micro trench and narrow trench installation methods are used all over the world in high-profile communication networks including olympic, military, and government facilities. Our innovative approach, flexible products and installation solutions are combined with decades of experience and unparalleled passion. ‘The Lite Access Way’ methodology of construction for both trunk and fibre-to-the-premises (FTTx) connectivity has become a recommended and preferred method of fibre installation. Lite Access Technologies Inc has deployed thousands of kilometers of our Micro-duct throughout North and South America, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Caribbean, Australia and Asia.

Products

Lite Access Technologies Inc’s revolutionary micro-duct technology has made end-to-end fibre connectivity a viable, cost effective and risk-free bandwidth solution for clients across the globe. Micro-ducts are available in various sizes and configurations. Typically HDPE/MDPE materials are used in conjunction with an aluminum wrap or tracer wire to make up the majority of our catalogue.

 

Additional products also include fibre-optic cable, aerial micro-duct, low fire hazard micro-ducts, connectors and sundries. Proprietary items include a cutting head, shark blades and the LiteXtend solution.

Mark Tommasi, a former investment advisor, has served as a senior officer, director and financier of numerous public and private companies in both the United States and Canada. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate development, equity, private equity and venture capital financing including IPOs, RTOs, private placements, marketing, board and committee activities and investor relations.

Linda Han Interim CFO
Ms. Linda Han Interim CFO: Ms. Han has over twenty years of experience in accounting, financial management and auditing. She held several senior positions with increasing financial and operational responsibilities across different industry sectors, including manufacturing, mining and biotech. Prior to Lite Access, she served as corporate controller of a TSXV listed medical device company for seven years. Working closely with senior leadership, she assisted in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including process improvement, supply chain management, financing activities, M&A due diligence and integration after acquisition. Linda is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CGA) of British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Economics in Finance and Accounting from Renmin University of China and a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University.

Scott Grant Vice President – Sales
Scott has been in the telecom business for over 20 years. In his role as Vice President, Sales, Scott promotes the benefits of alternate fibre deployment techniques to government, carriers and ISPs around the world. Having done business in over 25 countries, Scott is actively involved with MISA and other organisations helping Canadian municipalities build their fibre networks faster, more economically and with minimal disruption to the community. Scott is a graduate of the University of Victoria.

David Toyoda Corporate Secretary, Director
Mr. Toyoda is an Associate Counsel at Boughton Law Corporation. He practices in corporate and securities law, advising technology, biotechnology and mining companies listed, or preparing to list on Canadian exchanges. Mr. Toyoda represents clients in international securities transactions, including cross-border financing. He has also assisted in establishing US markets for Canadian public companies. Mr. Toyoda graduated from UBC with a LL.B degree & a B.Com degree with honours and was called to the bar in 1993. He is a frequent presenter and lecturer on corporate and securities law topics at conferences and universities, including the TSX Venture Exchange and Simon Fraser University. He is a director of four public, including Lite Access.

Alexander McAulay, CPA, CA is an entrepreneur and experienced public company CFO and director. Mr. McAulay’s firm, ACM Management Inc., provides fractional CFO and regulatory guidance to public companies. Alex has served as the CFO of several listed companies and has assisted dozens of issuers in navigating the public markets.

Mike Irmen
Mike Irmen has been the owner of Ironman Directional Drilling LTD for over 14 years. Having greater than 30 years’ experience in the industry as an experienced and knowledgeable civil contractor has resulted in the award of numerous projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Providing an organized approach to all projects including attention to safety, Mike successfully achieves ways to increase efficiencies and reduce costs in each project.
